In the Department of Architecture, architects, city planners, and designers who have a wide range of knowledge and skills in general architecture and who actively tackle architectural problems in large cities such as Tokyo and the urban problems that arise from them , vocational specialists such as engineers, and educators/researchers.
In order to realize a sustainable urban environment, we provide comprehensive education on architecture and cities in order to acquire the theory, technology, and mechanisms for constructing buildings and urban spaces that are a collection of buildings safely, comfortably, and beautifully.In addition, we cultivate the knowledge and thinking ability to comprehensively understand and evaluate the relationship between the urban environment constructed by architecture and urban space and the people and society who are the main users of it.
